Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.inglovv.com and covers the shipping, delivery, and return process for all inGlovv™ wellness products distributed by KTQ Asia Sdn Bhd (Malaysia).

Shipping Information

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment and order confirmation.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation Whatsapp message with a tracking link.

Note: During promotional periods or product launches, order processing may take 7–10 working days due to higher volume.

2. Delivery Time
You can expect your order to arrive within 3–10 working days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier efficiency, and public holidays.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please reach out to hello@inglovv.com or supportinglovv@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping within Malaysia — no minimum spend required.

Deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners. They may contact you directly using the phone number you provided at checkout to coordinate delivery.

Note: Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Whatsapp message containing a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s system. If you encounter any issues tracking your parcel, contact us at hello@inglovv.com and we’ll help you check with the courier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, returns or refunds are not allowed for reasons such as personal preference, taste, or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.

◎ Clear photos of the product and packaging condition.
We’ll review your case individually and provide the best possible solution — whether a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

Important Notes
Once shipped, inGlovv™ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control (e.g., customs inspection, natural disasters). Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. All Myra and future inGlovv™ products follow the same shipping and return policies unless stated otherwise.
