We currently ship within Malaysia (West & East). Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout but may vary depending on courier service or external factors.

7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only provided for:
◎ Defective or damaged items upon arrival, or
◎ Incorrect products delivered.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.
